Small town charm at its finest. What a great concept for Elizabethton. Between the amazing service, variety of bikes, options for add-on baskets and toddler trailers, we were definitely impressed. We had 6 children and two adults and everyone had a bike to meet their needs. The online ordering is easy and everything is pretty much brand new. We went on a several mile bike ride and was able to visit the covered bridge within two hour block. The customer service we received is the reason for the post, along with the great concept and fun we had! Definitely recommend!

We had such a great ride on the Tweetzie Trail! The bicycles are really tip-top and the owners so helpful in giving us an E-bike crash course. We had no trouble and we’re able to do the entire trail, pedaling all the way! We highly recommend Pedals on Rails and the adorable attached shop.

Super sweet bike rental shop. The owners are warm and friendly and their knowledge of the local area is really helpful. Picked up a helmet and a few gift items for upcoming birthdays. I’m so glad I found this gem!

While in town visiting my nephew, we found Pedals on Rails. What a treat! The bikes are great and the customer service was even better. They have pedal bikes and e-bikes to rent, and a cute shop with other merchandise for sale. We went out for a 1/2 day and rode the Tweetsie Trail from Elizabethton to Johnson City. There were many sites to see including a quarry, covered bridge, historic markers, and many birds. Definitely worth a visit! We’ll be back❤️

We loved our experience renting e-bikes from here. The owner was friendly and helpful. The shop is super cute, organized & clean. $45 for a half day 2-5:00. The bikes preformed well on the Tweetsie trail. They were Easy to use and comfortable.
